Had to delete the Assassins Creed post guys. We're close partners with Ubisoft so it'd be a little awkward if ambx.com was promoting piracy.

AC comes out next week Friday and we'll be testing out the game for compatibility beforehand to enable profile features with the FXGen and/or FXGen+

Watch this space...! :)

i knew i was walking a thin line by posting this...
i will never do it again
you may spank me if you want..

im curious to see the full release.. i hope it will run much better then the gold release one.
btw the pc version will be slightly different then the console one.
you will have more ways to find your information about the target then you can with an xbox..
but then still the game remains too repetative for me..

but looking forward to seeing Jeruzalem with an ambx profile 8)

Well who knows...one day in the future I might be able to send you a virtual spank via the amBX wrist rumbler!!

But yes, we're all very curious and excited also.

Sorry wont happen again, didn't mean to let Assassin Creed look bad.
There just some spoofs of the game, but I can understand that it makes you look bad because of this.

Hm, Stalker Clear The Sky would be fine. But Crysis with patch 1.2 would be great. And I hope GRID will get fully supported ;D

Crysis 1.2 patch should be supported by the more recent FXGen+ releases.

Please let us know if this is not the case.

Hi, sorry. Crysis works well with FXGen+. But not in 64x mode. If i want to play Crysis with amBX i have to start the 32x version of the game. Hope FXGen+ will support Crysis 64x in the futher =)

Hello changer710.
Just a reminder for all the new amBX owners that the amBX only will work on 32 bit mode, the XP/VISTA 64bit version is still under development form what I understand.

So if you own a copy of Windows XP or Vista 32bit this shouldn't be a problem but if you have a Vista 64bit version,
you must play on the 32bit mode to enjoy the effects.

Or less then 4Gb of RAM memory because for huge slowdown if 4Gb Ram is installed, No Fix/patch available form Microsoft

XP64 and AMBX works fine

Unless that is your own experience, i would not shout that from the rooftops. Nothing on the AMBX site implies that it would not work on XP 64, so how did you ever come to that conclusion?

AMBX works just fine on XP 64, I've been running it since i got the kit. It is not "supported" (sayz the installer) but who cares about that?

To AMBX: Please put XP64 on your support list. It will avoid this kind of confusion and it scares customers away if you are too picky about what you support.

Thanks :) anyway, its not a big problem. Running Vista 64x with 6GB Memory and all games works perfectly.

The only problem was that I had to start crysis in 32x mode. Not a big deal =) Hope amBX get this support later :)

Sorry I was unaware of the XP 64bit, because i remember that there was a heavy discussion/complaints about this part that it didn't work on that OS.

Mogas_NL was correct that technically XP64 is not 'Supported' - this means that we do not run our exhaustive set of testing regimes on this platform nor develop specifically for it.

It is therefore a bonus that it actually works :D but we cannot guarantee that that will always be the case or that there may not be some issues for some applications.

Perhaps we should add something to this effect in our FAQs.
